The Village Retreat is a fully self contained 2 bedroom sunny apartment located in the heart of Eastbourne. It features open planned lounge, dining and kitchen areas; the double doors open up to a private courtyard garden, creating a private and relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment offers the following facilities:

Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom, with built in wardrobes & wooden chest of drawers. Linen and electric blankets provided. Side tables with clock radio. Hair dryer. Thermal curtains. New carpet.

Bedroom 2: Single Bedroom with extra single trundler bed suitable for children, wardrobe & wooden chest of drawers. Side table with bed lamp. Linen and electric blankets provided. Thermal curtains. New carpet.

Bathroom: Fully renovated (new photos to come!) - bath tub, shower over bath, Vanity & Toilet. Heated towel ladder, large task mirror with heated demister. Towels provided. Please note that the step-up into the bath may be difficult for mobility-impaired guests.

Kitchen: fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Microwave Oven, Pantry, Breakfast Bar & Stools, cooking utensils, china and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar supplies. Nespresso and plunger.

Dining Room: Wooden Dining Table & 6 chairs.

Lounge: Double inner spring Sofa Bed Couch, 2 Oxford Chairs, Heat Pump, Sky TV movies & sport.

Laundry: Front loader and Dryer facilities. Laundry tub and buckets for soaking. Iron & Board.

Outdoors: BBQ, 2 Cape Cod Chairs, Bench Seat in a private garden. Sunny fully fenced.

All towels and linen supplied.
